What years did Mr McNIVEN work for the OPP in Milton Ontario and did he help people who needed gas , food pn the 1970.s ? I remember I was travelling through Milton low on gas and food and a OPP OFFICER HELPED ME WITH GAS AND FOOD AND WAS WONDERING IF IT WAS THIS MAN
