Description
Dr. Robertson was born in 1879, the son of Dr. David Robertson and Jeanette S. Morse who had two sons and three daughters. He was educated in Milton going on to Harbord Collegiate and the University of Toronto. He took post-graduate work in London and Edinburgh and then left for the mission field of China. He was a member of the Royal College of Physicians (England). He was in China from 1906 to 1927. He returned to Milton and was associated with Dr. Stevenson of Milton. He was a member of the Milton Council, a member of Knox Presbyterian Church and an Elder. He was President of the Milton Bible Society. He died in 1939 and was survived by his wife, Gladden Ewers, his son Dr. Straun Robertson and his daughter, Bette Robertson. He was buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Milton.
