    Dr. Freeman was born in Trafalgar Township. He married Elizabeth Martha Cobban. They had two sons. He graduated from the Toronto School of Medicine in 1853. He was in the American Civil War as a surgeon with the Union Army. He was Mayor of Milton from 1870-72. This photograph was ...
