Believed to be Eliza Jane Hill (1849 - 1904), eldest child of Robert T. Hill & Eliza Huffman and sister of Catherine (Hill) Pearen and Charlotte Hill. She married John Green in 1872 and they had a son, William Hill Green (1873-1944).
