- Award for Architecture - for Conservation of a non-designated property. Winners were Carol and Bill Gregg - their award was accepted by their son Andrew. Award presented by Mayor Krantz and LACAC Chairman John Challinor.
- Notes
- Carol and Bill Gregg located historic but abandoned Clover Hill House near Cookstown and moved it more than 80 kilometres to Nassagaweya where they restored it, built an addition and made it their home.
