This is William Marshall Tuck born in 1866 in Pakenham Suffolk England, the son of James William Tuck & Fanny Marshall. Date of emigration to Canada not known but he can be found (unmarried) in Trafalgar, Halton, Ontario in both the 1901 & 1911 censuses
