Dad worked from 1981 to 1996 with Ray Olsen,Architect,and Cunningham Land Surveyors
to develop the lot.He had no sentimental attachment to the old house,and dreamed of a
2 story commercial residential building that later could have a
additional 2 storeys added to it.
Destiny 2 Milton put a hitch in those plans but as of
June 13 2013 the original development plans have got pressure in the
boilers,so to speak.Ted Scharf Realty is the lead agent in the matter
