- Semi-detached houses, two storey, green doors. House to the right and part of a van to the left
- Notes
- Possibly built in 1861 as a rental property by Henry McCartney, brother-in-law of Dr. Charles Gardner who purchased balance of land from Henry Huffman and produced the Gardner plan of subdivision on the south side of Mary Street, thus Charles Street. Re-modelled in stucco in 1927 by contractor Samuel Henson. Demolished c.1970s. After that it was the parking lot for the grocery store Quality Greens.
