- R. L. Biggs was the father of Frank Campbell Biggs. Frank Campbell Biggs was a graduate of the Ontario Agricultural College, MPP for the West Flamborough area, Minister of Public Works in the E. C. Drury United Farmers of Ontario provincial government 1919-1923. Frank Campbell Biggs was married to Ethel Beulah Howell who died in 1965 and father of Mrs. J. W. L. Ostler (Frances), Richad O., and F. Stanley (Tad). Oval photograph on board.
