Built 1882 by Joseph M. McCollum.In 1899 Dr. Hugh Angus McColl, family physician, purchased the property and lived there until 1936. The house (at 75 Victoria Street) is larger than it appears in the photograph. This photograph was taken from "Milton Semi-Centennial 1857-1907".
