Description

David Northwood was a Home child and lived at the Clements' farm. He originally came from the Bedfordshire area of England. He worked in the brickworks in Milton and later in construction. His eldest son, David, died in 1894 in an accident in a Milton trainyard - he was 11. Mr. Northwood died in 1955 at the age of 87. He is interred, with his wife, Martha, and three of their children, in Evergreen Cemetery, Milton.
