- Elsie and Olive are the daughters of William John Armstrong Jr. They are standing on the veranda of the semi-detached house that the Armstrongs built when they moved to Toronto, William Sr. lived at 282 and William Jr. and family lived at 280 Indian Road Crescent (formerly Western Avenue).
